Tyler Trilling
Founder and Managing Partner
Tyler started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008, where he focused on the audits of Asset Management and Banking and Capital Markets clients. He was staffed on private equity firms, hedge funds, and investment banks/broker dealers. While going through his job own job search, he decided he’d be really enjoy helping others with their search.
Tyler jumped into recruiting in 2011 and immediately had a passion for making connections between his candidates and his clients. At the previous firm he worked at, he was promoted to Managing Partner where he spent time leading the Accounting Finance division and the Temporary and Consulting division. At the end of 2025 he decided to launch Taproot Executive Search!
Fifteen years in the business and the drive has never been greater to help companies build their roots.

Rebecca spent the majority of her career in digital marketing and advertising becoming an expert in brand recognition and strategic partnerships.
Louis Zollo
Executive Recruiting Consultant
Louis served our country for over 11.5 years in the United States Army. He was promoted to Captain in the Ordnance division and showed his progressive leadership experience. He served in company command and key battalion-level staff roles, responsible for the operational readiness, safety, and accountability, supporting mission-critical operations.
Louis led, trained, and mentored officers in high-tempo environments, balancing technical execution with disciplined leadership. He actively supported recruiting and talent identification efforts and played a key role in identifying candidates suited for technical specialties and leadership pathways, contributing to readiness, retention, and long-term performance.
He is excited to leverage that experience into the Executive Search world.
